KEMMLER, John A.
John A. Kemmler, was born in Seattle, WA on April 22, 1925. He passed on October 31, 2011 at the age of 86. Beloved husband of 60 years to Grace. Dear father of Robin (Richard) Mandella and Stephen Kemmler. Preceded in death by his sisters Carolyn Kemmler and Marge Leffingwell. He was a 32nd Degree mason with Sac. Scottish Rite, active in the Shriners and member of Washington Lodge #20. John was an Officer in the U.S. Navy and graduated from the University of Arizona. He enjoyed the outdoors and spent many days snow and water skiing, hiking, and fishing in the Sierras with family and friends. John and Grace loved world travel and RV excursions throughout North America with their many friends. He was a 57 year member of Riverview. Memorial services will be Friday Nov. 4 at 10 AM at the East Lawn Mortuary, 5757 Greenback Lane, Sac. Interment private. Rememberances may be made in John's name to the Shriners Hospital for Children of Northern CA, or the organization of your choice.
