John KIRKPATRICK Obituary
December 28, 1938 - August 14, 2013
It is with deep sadness that we announce Jack's passing. He was born in Virden, Manitoba, and spent his childhood in North Vancouver. Jack is survived by his loving family, wife Jean; daughter Rhonda; sons Robin (Heather) and Jesse; grandchildren Amanda, Skye, Peyton, Dylan, Zoey, Linda and Ricky; sisters Marianna and Nancy (Arnold) and his faithful dog Buddy. Jack and Buddy loved their walks in Burnaby's Foreshore Park. He was a member of the Operating Engineers Union Local 115 for over 40 years and enjoyed his work which took him to many places in B.C., the Yukon, and Northwest Territories. There will be a private family service. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Union Gospel Mission would be appreciated.

Jack I am shocked,I thought you would live forever. I am not sure what the craneworld will do without you.I sure enjoyed working with you and talking cranes.God must of had to get one of his Manitowocs fixed. My condolences to the family.

We loved & enjoyed you Jack. We have many fond memories of you, your smile, your twinkling eyes and all of life's pleasures that you seemed to enjoy so much. A very special one of a kind person. We will never forget you and you will be missed by all your friends & family. I wish we had more time together but hopefully we will meet again some day. Bob, Sheila & family
