I remember John from the St. Joe's choir in Brookfield: He sang with such passion and enthusiasm, even through the physical difficulty of standing with the choir. I would later learn that his Mom was a good friend of my Grandma, and many years later, I learned he is my cousin on the LaPine side of the family. My condolences to his family on this sad loss, and John, may you rest in peace.

John was in my home room at Danbury High and he was the nicest and sweetest guy with such a big heart. I am sorry to hear about his suffering, but I am sure he is at peace and probably singing with the angels. My condolences to his family on their loss.

John, Your suffering is done. May you finally get the peace you deserve. You were the sweetest kid. I remember the cold winter days when we stashed your bike and I took you around on your paper route. You always had a smile on your face . You didn't deserve the years of pain and suffering. I love you. Aunt Angie
