John G. Ratter, 50, of Gainesville, GA died Sept. 15, 2004 at his home. He was born Feb. 10, 1954 in Chicago, to Scott and Yvonne, nee Hulsey, Ratter. He spent his early life in Clarendon Hills, IL and attended Hinsdale Central High School. He received a degree in Bio Medical Electronics from Southern Illinois University. He lived in Houston, TX and had been a resident of Gainesville, GA for the past 20 years. He was the Southeast US Field Representative for Auto Med of Vernon Hills, IL. Survivors include his sister Susan (John) Kessler of Burlington, WI and brother, Scott (Sandy) Ratter of Lake Zurich, IL; nephews, Michael Kessler and Brent and Philip Ratter and nieces, Sarah, Lindsey and Jennifer Kessler. He was preceded in death by his parents. Memorial services will be held on Friday, Sept. 24, 2004 at 10 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Pell Lake (on the corner of Hwy 12 & Pell Lake Drive) with Pastor Brian Metke officiating. Burial will follow at Burlington Cemetery. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Friday, Sept. 24 from 9 to 10 a.m. at Church. Memorials have been suggested to Alzheimer's Association or American Heart Association. Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home, 625 S.
