John D. Rogers, 62, of Exeter, New Hampshire, passed away on January 16, 2025, at his home.

Born in Haverhill, Massachusetts, John was the son of Roderick and Patricia (Hebb) Rogers. He graduated from Haverhill High School before earning a bachelor's degree from Springfield College and later a Doctor of Law degree from the Massachusetts School of Law.

John dedicated much of his career to public service, beginning as a part-time police officer with the Hampton Police Department before retiring as a lieutenant after 23 years with the Haverhill Police Department. He also had a distinguished legal career, retiring as an attorney at The Law Office of John D. Rogers. Beyond his professional achievements, John excelled in athletics, enjoying success as a professional kickboxer, world-class powerlifter, and professional wrestler.

He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Pamela (Zortman) Rogers of Exeter; his daughters, Candi Rogers of Northwood, New Hampshire, and Rylee Rogers of Orlando, Florida; his brother, Shawn "Mick" Rogers and his wife Christine of Plaistow, New Hampshire; his sister, Carol Rogers of Fremont, New Hampshire; and his grandchildren, Christopher Rogers, Brooke Post, and Blair Post. He was predeceased by his parents.
