John Shehadi Obituary
Born in Scranton, son of the late John J. and Mary Basila Shehadi, he was a graduate of Mid Valley High School and King's College. He owned and operated Shehadi Brothers Appliance Store and Shehadi Stereo, Throop, Pa., along with his father. He was experienced in computer repair.
He was the information technology director of Shehadi Brothers Inc. and a certified Microsoft Engineer.
Surviving are two sons, John James and Nicholas Santino; a daughter, Stephanie Rose, all of Gouldsboro; a grandson, Antonio Joseph Shehadi; sisters, Mary Rose Wyatte and husband, Joe, Camp Hill; and Christine Shehadi and companion, Ed Sherbinko; father-in-law, George E. Yontas Sr.; sister-in-law, Denise Kazmierczak and husband, Theodore; brother-in-law, George M. Yontas, Throop; nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Sunday from 2 to 4:30 p.m. at the John F. Glinsky Funeral Home, 445 Sanderson St., Throop, with a memorial blessing at 4:30 by Monsignor William J. Feldcamp. Burial at the convenience of the family.

Jimmy, I wish I got to see you one last time before you passed on. You beat the odds so many times that I expected you to beat them again. There is comfort in knowing that you are now pain free. You were always very kind and caring, and always there to help anyone who needed it.
I'm thankful for all the times you fixed my computer, but most of all I'm thankful that we became friends. I know you touched the hearts of everyone who knew you. I will miss you along with so many others.
