JOHN SWEO, age 72, beloved husband of Elizabeth (nee Mangan); father of Mary Patricia (deceased) and Thomas B.; son of the late Flora (nee Roberts) and Benjamin; brother of Sue Ellen Good and the late Patricia Ann Benjamin and Joan Bacso; uncle and cousin of many. Passed away March 18, 2019. Mr. Sweo was a proud graduate of St. Edward High School Class of 1964 and was a member of the St. Mary of the Falls Knights of Columbus Council #14416 and a member of the Mercedarian Third Order at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church. He was a proud supporter of the Lake Erie Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Funeral Mass Saturday, March 23, St. Mary of the Falls Church (25615 Bagley Rd., Olmsted Falls) at 10 A.M. (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH). Friends may call at CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of CLEVELAND, 4420 ROCKY RIVER DR. AT PURITAS, FRIDAY 4-8 P.M. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the family would be sincerely appreciated.

We were High School buddies in the sixties and used to hang out together when we lived on McKinley Avenue just South of Riverway, John's childhood home. A lot of fond memories of our time together.

We will certainly miss John and his wonderful sense of humor. We both always enjoyed working with John to provide a wonderful experience for our Scouts @ Halloween Weekends @ Beaumont. Know that you are in our prayers today and always!! We will miss you!!
