I was shocked and saddened to read of Jon's passing. I'll always remember all the good times: from F.L. Smart through the last time I ran into the two of you out-n-about at the Meat Market while I was back visiting family in Davenport. Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

I just had a dream of when we were kids. Have a snow ball fight on Fairmont street. John decided he was going to make an slush ball. 100% ringer to my eye. Nice shiner. Gina He was like a little brother. He really knew how to party. I am so sad that he has passed. He is watching down on us now. I don't drive anymore due to illness. He will not be sick any longer. We will see him again. God Bless you and the family. I love you all as family.

Gina and family, Ken and I want to express our deepest sympathies to all of you. Jon was one of the sweetest people and always greeted us with a smile, hug and would say "I love you guys"! Ken has been talking the last couple days about the good ole days bowling with Jon and how much fun they always had. And of course all of our good times up at the Meat Market with Jon!! So much to say about this guy, but to me he was always the music man. We would hang out in the tiny bedroom he shared with his older brother Bobby. Jon had an electric guitar he'd pic at and we'd listen to all these albums I never really heard before. Stones, Beatles, Zepplin, Skynard! As we got older he'd call me and say "we gotta go see this show at the Col ballroom!" Muddy Waters, B.B. king, Jonny Winter, Lonnie Brooks, Stevie Ray, Magic Slim, Robert Cray etc. We seen em all because of Jon. Thanks for the memories Jonny Mo! I'LL never forget. I LOVE YOU, MAN!
