Jorund "Jay" Kabelis, age 95, passed away peacefully on June 3, 2021, at her home in Lakewood, CO, with her 2 sons at her bedside. Mrs. Kabelis was born in Oslo, Norway, and was a long-time resident of Shelton, CT until her retirement after a long career at Practical Automation of Shelton, CT, when she and her husband relocated to Lakewood, CO. Mrs. Kabelis is survived by her sons Steven of Lakewood, CO, and Andrew of Shelton, CT, a daughter-in-law Omaira of Lakewood, CO, grandsons Alex of Longmont, CO, and Matthew of Hernando, FL, and several nieces and nephews. She will be interned next to husband of 51 years Witold "Victor" Kabelis at Crown Hill Cemetery, Lakewood, CO.
