Joe was a great friend through high school and college. I'm so glad we reconnected and I got to visit with him on my last few trips to Connecticut. He will be missed. Sending condolences to Mary and the entire family.

I am sorry to learn that Joe has passed away. While attending both Fairfield Prep and University with Joe, I always considered him a good friend. I often think about the pinochle games in his Caddy during our lunch break. May he rest in peace.

So sorry to hear of Joe´s passing. Although I never met him personally, I had the pleasure of having him as a customer and always enjoyed our conversations. He was a pleasure to deal with. We look forward to our continued work with Joe Jr. Sending you all our best at this sad time.

We were both in the Class of 1957 at Prep but I don't remember knowing Joe personally, but that was a long time ago. Maybe we did know one another.
In any case, I will offer Mass for him somewhere in Italy. I leave tomorrow for a month there.
If there are holy cards of remembrance, I would very much like to have one. My address: Fr John Crean, 49475 Marne Ct., La Quinta, CA 92253.
Blessings to all. Be comforted by the Holy Spirit!

Dear Joe & Family, you all created my childhood home, my cherished neighborhood, exciting memories of the Fourth of July fireworks, you were there at my first communion and rocked out to the many celebrations with my parents during my childhood. I always loved your spirit and your hulk costume at Halloween. I remember you as a creator and a celebrator of life. You helped raise children who were kind and generous. Children who watched over us when our parents needed a date night. My parents Skip & Pat always held you and your family dear to their heart. You created a neighborhood full of beautiful memories and cherished times.
Will all my heart I thank you for sharing your time, spirit and smile with my family.
Sincerely Trevor Lytle

Dear Mary Ann & family, I am so sorry for each one of you. My heart is crushed. Joe was such an enormous part of my life and was always like a second father to me. I can remember the first time I said no to him and he chased me through the 16 acres of land behind the house and caught me finally at the apple tree. I was never so scared in my life. I also remember how he was amazed at how hard I cried at my own wedding. As much as I feared him as a child. I always had a great respect for him. I will love and hold all the memories dearly always. I will miss our dinners out and happy hours. I will miss him beyond words and am happy he didn't suffer. Rest Peacefully Cuz, give my husband a hug and kiss for me and take care of each other until I see you again! xoxo
