Joseph Bellas Obituary
Joseph C. Bellas, 86, passed away peacefully on May 20, 2017. Joe was born on June 16, 1930 in New Kensington, PA to Joseph and Elizabeth Molnar Bellas. He served 5 years in the US Air Force and worked as a technical service representative for Alcoa for 39 years. Joe married Helen Duda in 1956. He was a member of IAM (International Association of Machinist). He lived in Barrington, RI for 28 years before retiring to Daytona Beach. He was a member of Our Lady of Hope-Port Orange and Indigo Lakes Golf Club and former member of Pelican Bay Golf Club. Joe enjoyed his golf and reading. Joe is survived by his wife of 61 years Helen, two children Joseph Bellas III of Irvine, CA and Roberta Bellas Portugal of Barrington, RI, and seven grandchildren. A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, May 24, at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Halifax health Hospice of Ormond Beach at 3800 Woodbriar Trail, Port Orange, FL 32129.

It has been two years to this day our dear friend Joes passing.

We were saddened to hear of Joe's passing. Sorry we cannot be with you at this time. We are on our way back to Miami on a cruise Ship. We keep Joe's memories in our hearts and will always be remembered as Bob's golfing partner and good friend.
