In his 83rd year of Greentree on Sunday, December 8, 2002; beloved husband of Ruth; father of Carol Moss, Robert, Brad & Tami Drozda; brother of the late Louis, Dominic, Peter, Mary Cerveris, Ange Patton & Margaret Cost; also survived by five grandchildren. Friends received BRUSCO-NAPIER FUNERAL HOME, LTD. Broadway & Shiras Aves. Beechview, 2-5 & 7-9 pm TUESDAY ONLY. Mass in Marian Manor Chapel, Wednesday, 10:00 am, 2695 Winchester Dr., Greentree, PA. Interment in Queen of Heaven Cemetery. Contributions can be made to Marian Manor.

Joe was a very dear friend of ours whom we met through the AARP Chapter 506 -- we enjoyed several trips with Joe & Ruth and have many fond memories. Joe was a special person, a caring and loving husband and father. He has touched many lives; we are blessed to have known him. May the love of family and friends bring you peace and comfort.

I am so sorry to hear about Joe. Joe was one of my first friends in criminal court when I started as a court reporter. It was very easy to be his friend. God bless.
