Joseph Delvecchio Obituary

Joseph D. Delvecchio Jr. of Clarks Summit died Tuesday in the Regional Hospital of Scranton.

Born in Scranton, son of Yolanda Banno Delvecchio, Dunmore, and the late Joseph Delvecchio Sr., he was of the Catholic faith. Joseph was employed in the printing industry.

He was a loving and caring father, son and brother and received the greatest enjoyment being a grandfather, who will be deeply missed

Also surviving are his daughters, Sarah Carpenter and husband, Keith; Nina Delvecchio; his ex-wife, Rose Delvecchio; grandchildren, Kasey Carpenter, Gabriel and Autumn Delvecchio; sister, Denise Delvecchio Leppo; brother, David Delvecchio and wife, Denise; nieces and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by an infant brother, Joseph Delvecchio.

A memorial Mass will be celebrated Thursday at 10 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Church, 801 Taylor Ave., Scranton, to be celebrated by the Rev. Joseph Sica.

Visitation and interment will be private at the convenience of the family

Arrangements by the Frey-Fetsock Funeral Home Inc., South Sterling.
