Joe was just a kid who got engaged to a beautiful girl and married her. We are so sad to see such a young life ended for him and his beautiful family

Dear Nancy and family,
we just heard about Joe's passing. He was too young to die.
although we haven't seen you in a very long time, we are still family and sincerely miss you all. May your children and family help you through this difficult time. Love, Bobby and Barbara Restivo.

To me, Joe, was one of those guys who if you knew him even just a little- he would be in your "great friend category". That's because he had such a great heart that was always coming across whenever you were in his company. His enjoyment of his friends and the moments you shared was always palpable. Joe was a family man through and through. I know how much he loved his beautiful Nancy and the kids along with the great care and love he showed his brothers. And even though some great blocks of time have passed since we hung out- it's easy for Kathy and me to say- "We love you you, Joe DiBlasi." There's another saint in heaven. Thanks for being you, Joe.

Nancy,
I am greatly saddened to learn of Joe's passing. I remember our days in the DA's office and can picture Joe striding confidently down the hallway with a file in his hands and a smile on his face. He was always ready with a word of encouragement or a funny story. He was a warm, kind and generous person and will be missed by all who knew him.
