JOSEPH F.
Of Forest Hills, age 87, passed peacefully on Sunday, January 7, 2018. He was born April 26, 1930 in Braddock, son of John and Katherine Fusca. After graduation from Braddock High School, Joe served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. Joe then began a long career in Electrical Engineering with CO. Joe loved to spend time with his family and friends and also his ISDA family. He also enjoyed reading and golf. Joe was the beloved husband of Dolores "Lola" (Walendziewicz) for 62 years; loving father of Dianna (Robert) Ostroff of NC, and the late Joanne "Cha-Cha" Adams; cherished grandfather of Leah and Alexandra Ostroff; brother of Tina (Jimmy Joe) Suley; and was preceded in death by his siblings Johnny Fusca, Sarah Mariano, and Joanne Christina. Friends are welcome to a Memorial Visitation on Thursday from 2-8 p.m. at PATRICK T. LANIGAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, TURTLE CREEK / MONROEVILLE CHAPEL, 1111 Monroeville Ave., Turtle Creek. A Memorial Mass will be prayed at St. John Fisher Church, Churchill, on Friday at 10 a.m., followed by a presentation of Military Honors. Joe will be laid to rest privately in Monongahela Cemetery.

Lolo and Sissy
I was so sadden to hear of Joe's passing. Joe was a great guy and always had a smile on his face. Was glad we would meet up on Saturdays at the hairdressers. We will all truley miss him on great man. Love to all and I will keep you in my prayers.

My Deepest condolences to Sissy and Lola in the passing of Dear Joe. I always admired his quiet grace and enjoyed our talks on the porch I loved listening to his stories when we would visit !! It was an honor to have known him .and that now he is resting in eternal glory with his beloved daughter Joanna
