To Lise and Family:
We learned of Joe's passing from Betty the day it happened and Angelo was so shocked because he had just waved to Joe that very morning as he went on his walk with his caregiver! We will miss that famous wave and that famous smile of his for sure! He was a great neighbor to us and our whole family is saddened by his sudden passing...just know that we are always just a walk across the street if ever you need anything.
