JOSEPH HOUGH Obituary
Age 95, of Bethel Park, formerly of Mt. Lebanon, on Sunday, December 26, 2010. Husband of the late Elizabeth Jane Hough; devoted father of Joseph F., Jr., Ronald, Janet Pietragallo, Linda Lebow, Thomas, Susan Chabala, James, Bruce and John; also survived by 18 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Joseph was a graduate of Central Catholic High School and Duquesne University, and had a successful sales career at Bearings Inc. for over 40 years. He was an avid sports fan and served as an usher for the Pittsburgh Pirates and Steelers for over 50 years. Friends will be welcomed LAUGHLIN MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 222 Washington Rd., Mt. Lebanon, MONDAY 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Bernard Church, Tuesday morning at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, if desired memorials may be made to: The American Cancer Society, 320 Bilmar Dr., Pittsburgh, PA 15136 or the American Heart Association, 777 Penn Center Blvd., Suite 200, Pgh, PA 15235.

To the Houghs,
My condolences on your dad's passing. Many memories from Serrano Dr. The Rogans and Houghs had many similarities; nine kids, east enders moved to Mt. Lebanon, Houghs from Point Breeze, Rogans from Homewood, the other side of the tracks, the paper route, my dad and yours both went to Central and both walked around the house in their boxers. John and I both the youngest of nine. Take care all and be happy for the fruitfull life he led and the strong legacy he left behind.
