Judith Milka Obituary
Judith passed away Sunday, July 19, 2020 at her residence at the age of 78 years. She was born in Bay City on August 2, 1941 to the late Clifford and Elaine (Causley) Beaver. On November 30, 1963 she married Robert Milka in Bay City. Judith enjoyed reading, planting flowers, gardening and was an avid collector. She also enjoyed watching old movies on the History and AMC channel and spending time with her family.
Judith is survived by her husband, Robert; children, John (Cynthia) Milka, Anne Kehoe, Edwina, Robert C. and James Milka; grandchildren, Rachel, Nicholas and Claire; sister, Patricia (Jose) Cocco-Valdez; four sister in laws, Gloria Bratu-Beaver, Sally Beaver, Audrey Milka and Shirley Milka; brother in law, Arthur Milka, special friends, Donna, Anna Marie, Dianne and Gary Smith and many nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brothers, Robert “Sam” and Charles Beaver.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Karmanos Cancer Institute for their care.
Funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. with cremation to take place following the service. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service. I'll always remember Judy as a "gentle soul," beginning in grade school where we first met. My sister Sally was blessed to have Judy as a sister-in-law when she married Chuck, her soulmate. Blessings and Peace to her family.

Deepest condolences to the entire Milka family, Judy was an amazing, kind and caring woman. Always remember her deep commitment to faith and loving nature at Holy Trinity Church. Mrs. Milka would always make sure I was offered food and drinks when I would visit her home to see her sons John and Robert back in the 1980's. What a wonderful lady.
