Julieanne DeVooght Obituary
On Wednesday, November 29, 2017, Julieanne Mary DeVooght, wife, mother, daughter and sister, passed away at the age of 84 years. Born at home in Detroit, the seventh of ten siblings, Julieanne will be forever remembered by her companion Chester Wilson, her children, Lance (Eva), Ernest (Kathy), Jon (Nancy), Lynn (John), Lee (Sharon) and De De (Donna); her brothers, Richard and Daniel Beauregard, and her Sister Theresa White; her numerous nieces, nephews; her twelve grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren, and her many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Leo DeVooght.
She had been a licensed foster parent to three children, and worked for years with autistic children, as well as the Council for the Aged.
She was especially fond of children and animals, raising peacocks and rescuing fawns at her home on the Ausable River.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, December 3rd, from 1 pm to 5 pm at Stewart's Restaurant and Banquets on Masonic Blvd., in St. Clair Shores.

Mom, you and I were always best friends. You were my strength..I am so glad you are at peace and no more pain..Tell dad I love him. I just miss you so very much, I just don't know what to do without you. I will see ya again..I hope I can be as strong and a wonderful person like you...its so hard right now though...Love you forever
