Justin Mobley Dickens, age 43, a resident of Vanceboro, passed away unexpectedly at his mother's home on April 21, 2021. He was born on March 22, 1978 to Johnny and Pamela (Mobley) Dickens in Newport, VA. Justin was a welder by trade, but his true passions were hunting, fishing, music and anything with wheels, especially loud and fast cars.  He loved playing cards with his momma and snuggling with his dogs Beastie, Willow, Twyla and especially Popie. Above all else, Justin was proud to be Knot-head (Madison's) father. He was preceded in death by his sister Erica Cox, grandparents Garland Mobley and Rachel Neumann, and his grandmother Jean Dickens. Justin is survived by his loving wife Jennifer, his devoted daughter Madison, his mother Pamela Cannon, father John Dickens, five sisters: Destynee Cannon, Elliot Cannon, Danielle Tyre, Crystal Haynes, and Amber Hardison, niece Kyla Cannon and nephew Malakai Cannon.   Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 27, 2021, 2:00 pm at the Kite Family Cemetery, with Pastor Mary Owens, officiating.
