Karen was a wonderful, kind person who always brightened the day. God has brought a true Angel home. I'm sure he had the coffee pot on with fresh coffee for our friend.

There is a sadness and emptiness that pervades the office. I guess I didn't realize that the light and energy came from Karen. She had a ready smile and a great sense of humor. She was always rushing somewhere but seemed to enjoy the journey. May her family take comfort in the knowledge that she now rests in peace in God's loving embrace.

I'm so deeply saddened to hear of my dear friends passing. Karen and I worked together at Bank of America side by side for many many years and stayed in touch off and on for many years after that. She was a wonderful person and a wonderful friend. She will be missed! My condolences to Dan, Zack and Josh.

My heart goes out to all the family, especially to Dan, Zach and Josh, and to Karen's parents and sisters, and her mother-in-law. Karen was a wonderful friend who I've worked with for many years. She was full of wisdom and goodness, and had such a joy for living and learning. I know there is a void in the lives of those she touched. I pray wonderful memories will help lighten the loss of this dear soul.

I worked with Karen over the past 3 1/2 years and she was always a bright light in every one's day. She was a gentle soul who will be missed by all. To quote Kahlil Gibran "When you are sorrowful look again in your heart, and you shall see that in truth you are weeping for that which has been your delight.

I had gotten to know Karen over the many years. Karen was a very nice and sweet person and a pleasure to work with. Always with a smile. Always helpful. I will miss her, and I treasure my memories of her. Just a very nice lady and friend. My sincerest condolences to her family and friends.

Dear Family & Friends of Karen, As one of her closest friends, I feel very blessed to have known Karen and will treasure the memories. "Time" seems to be the key word: Karen had very little time left after she learned she was ill. She did, however, use her time here on Earth quite admirably. Taking one class ea. semester for almost 10yrs, she studied hard, made straight As, and recently obtained a Bachelor's Degree! At the start of every year she would meticulously set goals for herself. Karen exercised, followed a healthy diet, and delighted in helping others. Her "graduation" to Heaven is her best accomplishment! We'll miss her dearly, but I know I will see her again.
