Karen Elaine Spriestersbach Clapp

Funeral services for Karen Elaine Spriestersbach Clapp, 64, of Nabb, will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 19, at Grayson Funeral Home, New Washington, with burial in Crown Hill Cemetery. She died Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2010, at her home.She was born Sept. 11, 1945, in Jeffersonville, the daughter of George Gordon and LaVerne Irene Reich Spriestersbach. She was a former pharmacy tech, and a member of New Hope Community Church and New Washington Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.Survivors include her daughter, Sheila Curry and husband, Robert, of New Washington; a son, Brian Clapp and his wife, Angie, of Depauw; a brother, Rodney Spriestersbach and his wife, Betty, of Charlestown; and grandchildren, Kyle and Kasey Curry and Brad and Matthew Clapp.Visitation at the funeral home will be from 1 to 8 p.m. today, and after 9 a.m. Friday.
