Karen Seaman Obituary
Karen was born November 13, 1939 in Ustick, Idaho to Daniel E. and Martha Carina Ackley. She grew up in the Ustick area, attending the Ustick Grade School and graduated from Meridian High School.
On January 7, 1983 she married Kennith Seaman in Blackfoot, Idaho.
She was a member of the St. Paul's Episcopal church in Blackfoot, Idaho.
In her free time she enjoyed weaving rugs, and having rescue cats and dogs.
Karen is survived by her husband, Kennith; daughters, Shannon Gavin, Bethany Levy, Amy (Aaron) Avery; son, Theodore (Susan) Gavin; step-son, James Seaman; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister; two brothers and one son.
A graveside prayer service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 26, 2018 at the Grove City Cemetery. Family is under the care of Hawker Funeral Home. Condolences may be sent to the family at: www.hawkerfuneralhome.com.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be given to a charity of your choice.

I mourn with you all. I'm so sad we lost such a vibrant and kind special woman. I'm glad she isn't in pain anymore. She never stopped fighting. She loved us tough and immensely.
