Pitman - Karli M Snyder, 21, of Pitman, passed away Sunday, March 14, 2021 from injuries sustained in an accident.

Karli was born in Hershey, on November 25, 1999, a daughter of Michele (Stickler) and Tracy Snyder, of Pitman.

She graduated from the Tri-Valley High School in 2018 she was currently enrolled in the Bachelors of Science in Nursing Program at Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences.

During high school Karli played the flute, lettered in volleyball, was on the honor roll and a member of the National Honors Society, served as class secretary and was a member of Athletes for Christ. She also played for the Eclipse travel volleyball team. At college she was on the Deans and Presidents List, a member of the Intervarsity group, and served as a tutor.

She enjoyed reading, hiking, hunting, warm weather and the beach, and traveling to numerous places. She enjoyed being home with her family and friends and had a love for children. She was an active person exercising and recently took up boxing. She loved to play cards especially euchre and pinochle. She had a passion to bring the best out of everyone and was not afraid to profess her faith. She will be remembered for her contagious smile and strong personality.

She was an active member of Zion E.C. Church, Pitman and taught Bible School and recently started teaching Sunday School. She participated in community bible studies and was also a member of Missions of the Valley. She had traveled to Haiti on a mission trip. She served as a caretaker for her Grandfather.

Karli is survived by her parents, one brother, Anthony Snyder, maternal grandmother Marie Stickler; paternal grandfather Carl J. Snyder; as well as numerous Aunts, Uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her Paternal Grandmother Alice Snyder and Maternal Grandfather Lester Stickler, Sr.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 11:30 am at Zion E.C. Church, Pitman with Pastor Todd Wolfe officiating. Visitation will be held from 9-11:30 AM at the church.

In lieu of flowers a scholarship will be set up for anyone pursuing a health profession degree. Contributions may be sent to Zion E.C. Church, PO Box 53, Pitman, PA 17964. Please add Karli's Memorial on the memo line.
