Kathleen Agnes Manley

Kathleen Agnes Manley, 57, of Severna Park, Maryland passed on April 19, 2023. Kathleen, known to all as Kathy, was born on July 19th 1965 to Robert and Margaret Barden in New York State.  Kathy would come to call Severna Park, Maryland home when the family moved there in 1970.  Kathy had an incredible passion for athletics and academics all her life. In her early years, Kathy excelled in swimming and diving at Severn River Swim Club and many field sports specifically lacrosse. After graduating from Severna Park High School in 1983, Kathy attended Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland where she studied education and played on the lacrosse team. Kathy was a 100 goal scorer for the Loyola Greyhounds and graduated in 1987 with a degree in education. Kathy positively impacted the community as a public and private school teacher, taught swimming lessons, tutored from her home, and taught at various fitness clubs in Anne Arundel Country. Kathy is survived by her mother, Margret Barden, her sister Theresa Eberhart, and her two sons Patrick Manley and Jake Manley. Kathy loved most in her life her friends and family, the gym, the pool, the beach, her late lab Boomer, and her two boys, Patrick and Jake.
