Kathy passed away peacefully on June 6, 2024 at her home in Yuba City, California at the age of 80.

Kathy was born in Spokane, Washington on April 26, 1944 to LeRoy Cecil White of Louisiana and Mable Clara White from Nebraska.

Kathy was preceded in death by her mother Mable Clara White and her father LeRoy C White Sr., her siblings Bonnie Jean White, LeRoy "George" White, Clara Judith White, Rosalee White, Mary Louise White, and Thomas Arthur White.

Kathy leaves behind her loving husband of 49 years, Ron Restivo of Yuba City. She will be missed greatly by her three sons, Gordon, Tony and Danny, her grandchildren Cody, Alex, Gia, Sofie, Jake, Sean and Dominic, and her great granddaughter Skye. She also leaves behind her sister Joann Lemons and many nieces and nephews.

Kathy was an amazing woman. Even though she only completed 2 years of high school, she taught herself accounting, computers and tax preparation. She was highly motivated to be successful in the business world and never took no for an answer. She has a savvy business sense, owning her own tax preparation business and servicing companies large and small for many decades.

Kathy was referred to by many family members as "Kitty" and was loved by all who knew her. She enjoyed driving, especially at night. She loved to go to the casino to play bingo or spend afternoons at thrift and consignment shops. After retirement, she and her husband Ron would travel to Southern California and enjoy many months out of the year in the San Diego area. She would decorate her house for the holiday season and hosted Christmas parties at her home in Penn Valley for many years. Kathy loved her country and was very passionate about freedom in America. Family will always remember her most for her kindness and willingness to help others in need. A private family service will be held to honor her life and memory on July 28th at 12:00pm. The memorial will be held at The Harvest Room in Yuba City.
