Chapman Keith Robert - Passed away, after a short illness, aged 46 years. Much loved partner to Hayley, dad to Adam and Sherridan, and grandad to Cherish. Service to be held at Hutcliffe Wood Crematorium on Monday November 8, 2010 at 1.00pm.
We your family miss you,
In the house where you used to be.
We wanted so much to keep you,
But God willed it not to be
Now you're in God's keeping,
You suffer no more pain.
So dear God take care of him,
Until we meet again.
