Passed away July 29, 2013 at the age of 50 years. Son of Oliver Amos Goodwin and Verne Ruth Goodwin (née Doolittle). Beloved spouse of Glenis Goodwin (née Davies), dear father to Nicholas, Victor, Victoria and brother to Kevin, Kathleen and Kim. He also leaves his father-in-law and mother-in-law, his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law and many nephews and nieces. Donations to the Blood Cancer of the Ottawa General (737 Parkdale Avenue, 1st floor, Ottawa ON K1Y 1J8) would be appreciated. Glenis I was saddened to learn of Ken's passing, especially since I learned of it reading of your father's suddend death. Unfortunately I became aware of everything the day after your father's service. Life must now continue and be enjoyed as Ken would have wanted. I hope you find some comfort in knowing that you, Ken and the children have been thought of often. You and the children will continue to be in my prayers. would love to hear from you.

Ken, you were one of my first training officers on nightshift when I started with you 15 years ago. You had such a great positive attitude about the job and you helped prepare me for my future there. You and your wife were so helpful to me during my early years by helping me with looking after my daughter when I was called in to work. You were a great friend and you will be missed by both myself and Kayla. My condolences to Ken's family
