TAYLOR _ Kenneth Charles November 14, 1928 - August 1, 2008 Ken fought his last battle here on earth and went home to be with the Lord. He stopped dialysis on Tuesday, July 22, 2008 and passed away August 1, 2008 at the Foothills Hospital. Kenny cherished the time spent with his grandchildren, his family and many friends. Kenny is survived by his wife Edna, his son Terry (Tanya), his daughter Roxanne (Cam) and his much-loved grandchildren Ciara and Austen, all of Calgary. The family would like to acknowledge Kenny's special friends: Johnny Pannenbecker, Lloyd Jones, Kenny Pearson, Dale Johnston, Dale Gilbertson and Dick Cousineau. We also want to thank the staff at the Peter Lougheed and Foothills Hospitals for taking care of Ken during his lengthy illness. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of MOUNTAIN VIEW FUNERAL HOME on Wednesday, August 6, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. To e-mail condolences of sympathy: [email protected] Subject heading: Ken Taylor. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada (6007 - 1A Street S.W., Calgary, AB T2H 0G5). Kenny's family asks that you remember him by stopping by the Blackfoot Diner sometime to reminisce over a cup of coffee.
