I loved listening to Kermit teach from the Bible at Mid-Del Christian Church! He would talk nice and slow and with a soft voice. He was very smart! He blessed many people in his live and served Jesus Christ wonderfully! I know that Jesus will say, "Well Done! Good and Faithful Servant! Enter your room in the mansion prepared for you!" See you one day in heaven brother, Kermit! My Husband Robert finally accepted the Lord; thanks for praying for him and our family. Tell Robert I said "Hi, honey".

Kermit Lynch was serving as the preacher for the Stroud Christian Church when Peggy and I moved to Stroud, Okla., in 1971. A year or so later we became members of that church (and, later, I would serve there as an elder and still later as the preacher). I found out that Kermit knew my maternal grandparents, John & Veda Cauthen, out in the Fresno area because they were all members of the "Non-Sunday School" Church of Christ. One of Kermit's brothers was the preacher for the little congregation. We loved Kermit and Gail for their kindnesses to us and for their unwaivering devotion to the Lord Jesus Christ. He was a true soldier of the Cross.

I really enjoyed Kermit as our preacher. We loved to hear him preach. Gail was a lovely woman too. The kids were very sweet. So sorry for your loss. Karen (Huckaby) Thatcher, Oklahoma City, Ok

Kermit was a special person in my life. I'm thankful for the love, forgiveness, and grace he gave so freely to me. I am thankful he was my daughter's granddad. I have loved him and hope to see him again someday in a much better place.
All my love,
