We mourn the unexpected death of our beloved Kerry Michael Conley, a wonderful son, brother, husband, grandfather, uncle and brother-in-law. Kerry died on Dec. 28, 2007, at age 53 from a heart infection complicated by diabetes.
He was born in Oxnard, on May 24, 1954. He moved to Malibu with his family in 1961 and attended Our Lady of Malibu School and Santa Monica High School. Kerry enlisted in the United States Army and received an honorable discharge in December 1972.
Kerry worked his entire career in the construction business and was a meticulous craftsman who took pride in his work. Kerry was a charming man, full of life, very compassionate and a fascinating storyteller.
Kerry married his soul mate, Eniko Siraky, in 1994.
Kerry is survived by his wife, Eniko of Westlake Village; mother, Audry Conley of Camarillo; sister, Sheri Perry and nephew, Terry Perry of Malibu; brother, Jerry Conley and wife Kim Ledoux of Malibu; stepson, Zsolt Szep, of Las Vegas, Nev.; grandsons, Sebastian and Aidan Szep of Hesperia, Calif.; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was predeceased by his eldest brother, Gary, in 1988. Kerry's father died Jan. 8, 2008, 10 days after Kerry's death.
Please join us for a combined memorial service for Kerry and Art at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 9, at Our Lady of Malibu Church, 3625 Winter Canyon Road, Malibu.
