Our sweet Keston returned home to his Heavenly Father in West
Valley, Utah on February 7, 2018. He was born to Karl Roundy and Sage Roberts in Provo,
Utah on June 23, 2004.
An 8th grader at Hunter Junior High, Basketball was Kestons truest passion. He was a
member of an AAU TEAM, the Sonics. Beloved by his teammates and a talented athlete,
basketball was everything to him. Nothing excited Keston quite like basketball, and the joy
he felt playing his game was experienced by all who were lucky to observe his gift in action.
Keston found great joy in spending time with his family and was always willing to help his
parents and siblings. He was attentive to the needs of others and when it came time for him
to serve, he was willingly available. A loyal and loving sibling, Keston admired his 5 sisters
and 5 brothers. “Uncle Kessy” was especially adored by his nieces and nephews and he
deeply loved them in return.
Keston was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and an active
participant in his ward. He served as the second counselor in the deacon presidency. He
loved his Heavenly Father and eagerly strove to live as Christ taught.
Sweet, energetic, selfless, thoughtful, fun, and pure hearted, Keston rained love, light, and
joy on our lives. His bright smile was a blessing from above and we graciously anticipate the
day we hold him in our arms again. Though he is gone much too soon, he has renewed our
commitment to live each day with more kindness, gratitude, and purpose.
He is survived by his parents Sage Roberts (Patrick) and Karl Roundy; sisters Karleen,
Shyenne (Jordon), Sydney, Shelby, Victoria “Victor” Julia (Zach); brothers Ky(Emily),
Kameron (Jade), Kace(Kenzie), Kix, Stash; Grandparents Hilda and Dean; nieces and
nephews Sohlo, Jaizlee, Emmett, Reddik, Laettner, Brixx and by many aunts, uncles,
cousins, and countless friends.
Preceded in death by his grandparents Jean and Bert Roundy and aunt Karla Roundy.
As an expression of sympathy, and in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent
to the scholarship fund at Mountain America Credit Union, Keston Roundy Scholarship
Fund.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, February 12, 2018 at 10:00 AM at the Mancrest 2nd Ward, 6170 W Mancrest Dr., West Valley City. A viewing will be held on Sunday, February 11, 2018 from 6-8PM at the church as well as one hour prior to services.

To Keston's family. My family and I would like to let you know that you all are in our thoughts and prayers are this time. Our children went to school together and I even remember helping Haylee write Keston's name on a valentine when they were in kindergarten. Keston's seemed to always have a smile on his little face. His smile will be missed. Heaven has gained another angel.

Keston was such an inspiration. He was so smart and helpful. Being in his math class was like a wish he helped me when I got stuck in a spot. Knowing I had him to help me was one of the things I looked forward to everyday. I didn't know him for more then 1 year but he was an amazing kid. RIP Keston

Keston always had a smile on his face. He was a kind loving person who did everything he could to help those in need. He helped me when I was being bullied and helped many more. Keston made sure I was ok. Even though we had no classes together in our 8th grade year, he would always stop in the hallways just to make me laugh and smile. He was very talented and had many friends. He left too soon but may he rest peacefully in heaven and keep making this world beautiful. The stars shine bright because of him and I hope we all can learn from him how to show kindness and smile even through the hardest of times.
