TWIN MOUNTAIN, NH – Kevin W. Blodgett, 50, passed away at Weeks Medical Center after a courageous battle with cancer on March 18, 2014. His loving family surrounded him at the time of his passing. Kevin was born on November 9, 1963 in Littleton, NH and attended Lisbon Regional High School. He was a carpenter with J. Myers Builders for 14 years. Kevin's life revolved around his boys and the anticipated arrival of his grandson with Zac and Ashley. He loved spending time with his boys first and foremost and enjoyed his two cats, Jake and Junior. His favorite past times were fishing, NASCAR, and 4-wheeling. Surviving family members include his eldest son and best friend, Josh Blodgett and fiancé, Kristina Mayo; his youngest son Zachary Blodgett, affectionately known as "Zacman" and his girlfriend, Ashley Reed all of Twin Mountain; Laurie Blodgett his former wife of 17 years and mother of his boys, all of Twin Mountain; his mother, Sandra Hesseltine of Littleton; his father, William Blodgett and wife, Marjorie Blodgett of Landaff; his sisters, Teresa Brooks and her husband, Scott Brooks of Littleton and daughter, Bethany Brooks of Mesa, Arizona, and Holly Blodgett and her fiancé, Dougald MacArthur of Littleton. SERVICES -- A gathering of family and friends with be held on March 30th at the Littleton VFW Howard Shawney Post #816, located at 600 Cottage Street from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. We, as a family, would like to send a special "thank you" to Weeks Medical Center, Dr. Ripple at DHMC, and the Twin Mountain Ambulance.
