Dear Hayes Family,

I am so sad to hear of the death of Kevin.

I will always remember his great smile and his loving eyes. He was always kind to me.

I also remember his loving mother telling me how much he loved his wife and children.

He was a real good guy and he will be missed.

I will pray that your broken hearts mend, in God's time.

I love you all

Chrissy, Kevin and Dylan,

If you are truly lucky you encounter one special person in your life that becomes not just a best friend, but reaches inside and touches your heart and soul. I am so very grateful to have had such an encounter and so fortunate to have had Kevin be the one. Although 25 years and a thousand miles kept us apart it never affected our relationship. Best friends forever? Yes indeed. I loved him like a brother and will always. The love we shared is now yours Chrissy and boys, and the family and friends that Kev so dearly loved will never forget him and will always love him.

I have never met anyone that laughed as much as Kev and cared about others as much as he did and I am forever indebted to him for being my one true best friend. Rest in peace brother!

I will always remember Kevin's infectious and wonderful laugh. The way he would tell a story from childhood days at St. Mary's , Coyle and the old neighborhood. The way he absolutely loved his wife and two sons. Christine, you gave him the best this life has to offer. My heart is so sad and is with you and all of the Hayes family.
Love,
Dorothy
