Kevin Trentz Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Apr. 4, 2021.
Kevin C. Trentz Age 32, a resident of Chicago, Burbank, formerly of Canaryville, passed away unexpectedly on April 4, 2021. Loving husband of Samantha Trentz (Clancy); dearest "dog dad" of Harley and Sydney; devoted son of Charles "Chuck" and Linda Trentz (Bandemer); cherished brother of Kyle Trentz and Kelly (Robert) Richter; uncle of Ava and Rylie Richter; adoring grandson of Laverne Pollis and Joan Trentz; treasured son-in-law of Sandy and Jaime Rangel; fond brother-in-law of Benjamin Rangel. Kevin was a member of Local #399 Operating Engineers for 12 years. He was an avid Notre Dame and Chicago White Sox fan. Kevin was the life of the party with the loudest voice, and could light up a room with his kind smile and great sense of humor. He was a man that would do anything for his friends, family, and anyone that would cross his path. A person you could always count on no matter what. Kevin had a need for speed and loved his cars and motorcycles. He was a devoted husband, son, grandson, uncle, in-law, and friend to many, who was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew him. I remember Kevin as a child, as I saw him when I was staying at his great grandma Delores' house in 1994 and for visit in 1991. He will forever be in my heart as that little tow headed boy, strong and sturdy, climbing on everything, as children do, and he was such a sweetie! He grew up to become a caring, fine man, and I'm very sorry for this loss to his wife, family and many friends. To Linda, I will always think of him and his childhood, and you were a devoted Mom to him! I'm sorry for this loss to you and Chuck, devoted parents! And to his wife Samantha, so very sorry for your loss! Much Love, Lisa in California
