Latisha (“Tisha” or “Lotus Flower”) Lushon Robinson, the middle daughter of Lonzo Robinson and Roslyn Stiff, was born on May 12, 1973 in Brooklyn, New York. She departed this earthly life on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at the age of 49. In 2014, Latisha gave her life to the Lord.
Latisha attended P.S 304, JHS 35 and Boys and Girls High in Brooklyn, New York. As a child, Latisha took on many interests such as reading, writing, playing video games, studying medical terminologies but most importantly, cooking. She admired her aunt Pearline’s cuisine and that sparked Latisha’s love and passion for food. Latisha immersed herself in medical books at the early age of 8. As a result of this, she decided to pursue a medical career in nursing. She became a nurse’s aide at Brookdale Hospital. Unfortunately, her medical career was cut short due to complications with her health. However, that didn’t stop Latisha from living life. She gave birth to two children. Her first daughter Amaya (who is in glory) and her second daughter Ananda.
There is no doubt that anybody who knows Latisha will remember her for her infectious laughter. She had a larger than life personality and always evangelized about the Lord. Latisha was a kind-hearted individual who loved animals and was fascinated by diverse cultures. Travel was on her bucket list and she dreamed of going to Dubai, Africa and Switzerland. In her free time she enjoyed watching the Food Network, Hallmark and different Youtube channels about food, family, faith and travel. A woman of prayer and intercession, Latisha’s faith strengthened her through life’s hardships. She motivated and encouraged anyone to go to the Lord first. She studied end time prophecy and expressed the importance of the Lord’s return. Her favorite words were, "It's about to pop off ya'll!"
Latisha is survived by her sisters: Jamila, Karlisha and Angela, her daughter Ananda. Her nieces and nephews: Annissa, Brittany, Jocelyn, Andre, Brenden, Dylan and Jeremy. Her great nieces and nephew: Karlisha, Stormii, Aviannah, Leilani, Zarayah and Velour, Her aunts, uncles, cousins and long term friends.
As a woman of faith, Latisha wished to have a celebration of the immortality promised to all by Christ. Latisha loved her family and friends dearly. Her daughter was the light of her life and her relationship with her sisters, nieces and nephews was cherished. She was an amazing mother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. She touched the lives of so many people. She will truly be missed and will never, ever, be forgotten.
A funeral service will be held at Serenity Funeral Home Chapel, January 28, 2023 at 2:00 PM, family visitation will be held at 1:00 PM. Interment will be in Williams Memorial Park.

I can't believe you're no longe with us, all of our hearts are broken.
You left us with so many memories filled with laughter and fun. My mind goes back to the days of Coney Island, to all of us traveling down to Memphis to our Grandmothers Funeral, to our adult life when you guys lived on Cozen ave in Brooklyn. Life will not be the same without you...
You opened your eyes in the presents of GOD our FATHER, and I can only imagine the joy that you feel right now. Seeing all of our family members that have proceeded us, and most importantly, to see the face of JESUS.....
We love you so much and we thank GOD for all of the wonderful memories. Kiss Mommy, Jerome, and Nathan for me....
