Thanking God for the lifelong friendships formed around the table at NAMB and at the cabin in Blue Ridge. Laura, your memory will live on and on. Love you, sweet friend!

I have not enjoyed the opportunity to meet Mrs Hodges in person. However, my family has the privilege to know Ellie, Emma, Jennifer and Wes Hodges. We count them as treasured friends. Better still, we share bonds as fellow servants of Christ. If the term Legacy is employed to describe multi-generational positive impacts one has in life, I can testify firsthand that she has carved a legacy in stone. How? I need look no further than to my friends- her descendants, to provide me evidence of that. In that context, she has blessed those who would be as complete strangers to her. Peace and comfort to the family.

A sister in Church Planting Barbara Wiley shared with me this morning in church about Laura's passing. I remember Laura as a devoted member of the Central Baptist Prayer Committee. Even when she was not able to meet with us at church, I could always depend upon her faithfullnes in prayer. I am saddened by her loss. My prayers go out to her family. Larry J. Roit. Laura and I were in Big Bear with other girls. It was time to leave and we met in the kitchen and hugged each other and started to cry. We both had the feeling we would never see each other again. I am so sorry it was.
I love you Laura forever. God Bless you, Sylvia Pusateri

How anytime she would come over my dog Sydney would light up and immediately start playing with her.
