Dear Family: We lost a wonderful sister, mother, wife, and a true friend. It is so hard to believe that Laura has departed us, but we know that Laura is in a better place. Laura, we love you and will aways love you. You will never be forgotten because our memories of you are locked in our hearts. Debbie & I thank you Rudy & Laura for all the great times we had together playing cards, playing right-left-center, and cooking out. Both of you treated all of us like royalty. Rudy, you will always be our brother inlaw and our best friend. Rudy, we thank you so very much fo taking care of Laura and fulfilling her every wish. We know it was hard, but your love for Laura was as bright as the sun. So every day we wake up, with he sun shining brightly in the sky, we will remember Laura.
Laura we miss you so very much! One day soon, we too will be with you in Heaven to Praise & Worship our Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ. AMEN

Jamie & Erick,
We can't begin to imagine what you are feeling, only that we are here for you if you need anything. It's unfair to have your mother taken at such a young age, just remember all the things you learned from her and all the good times you had while she was here. Every time a big event comes up like prom, graduation, your weddings, your children, remember that she will be there looking down, proud and happy that her children are doing well. She is at peace and free of pain. They say time heals all pain, but only time will tell. We are all here for you if you need anything, don't be afraid to ask, that's what family is for, we love you guys.

Dad,
We are so proud of the man you are and how lucky Laura was to have you by her side in this tragic time of need. You two came into each others lives for a reason, you've learned so much from her and she has learned so much from you in the short time you had together. It was God who brought you together, and he will bring you together once again in the future when the time is right. Laura was a wonderful, cheerful person who was full of life. We are all lucky to have known her. You have shown true love to her and her children and I'm sure she will be eternally grateful. You are stronger than you give yourself credit for, hang in there, and lean on your family, we are all here for you, including all your grandchildren who love you!

Everyday, I think why? Life just isn't fair. People always say, things happen for a reason. What can be this reason, i can't figure our the lesson or reason. To take a mother and a wife from her family. I will always remember Laura as a happy go lucky person, but don't make her mad. She had a great smile, and Erick has that same smile too. She always made lite of her problems and always wanted to know what was happening with everyone else. I seen her as a strong person, stronger than I can ever be. Laura has touch everyone in some way shape or form. I feel like this is just a bad dream, and when I wake up....she will still be here with us. I can't express how sorry I am for my brother and Jamie and Erick. I will always be here for all of you. Don't ever be afraid if you need something, or if you need to talk or just need someone around you. I will always be there. As we have just learned, life is too short and only the good die young. I miss you Laura and I know Rudy and the kids do very much. You will never be forgotten.
I Love you guys. Tina (your sister) Aunt Tina (to Jamie & Erick)

Laura was a loving, vibrant and giving person. Her spirit will live inside of us all in our memories. She was a wonderful person, and we feel blessed to have had her in our lives. We only wish we could have had the opportunity to have her in our expected son's life. At least we can be rest assured that he will have a guardian angel. We love you and truly miss you Laura.
With love from Chris, Wendy and Ryan

To my friend, Laura: I missed you before you were gone. My only wish is that we could have had a few more talks. Just remembering all the happy times, sad times, good times, screaming and crying times makes me miss you all the more! You lived life hard and fast and filled a lifetime in a very short time.
To Rudy, Jamie and Erick: I love you all. I know Laura will not be forgotten, not by a long shot. She made her presence while here well known by anyone who ever met her. She had the kind of personality that immediately grew on you. She could become an instant friend to anybody. You know I am here for any of you if you ever need anything. I loved Laura in life and will do whatever you need to help you through your loss because it is my loss too. Laura was truly one of a kind. We had great times. I don't know what else to say to help you through this; please call if you need anything. You know that Christie, Nick, Tom or myself would do anything for any one of you! We love you and share in your grief.

Aunt Laura will truly be missed. She was not only an inspirational person, but one who was very unselfish. She always worried about everyone else even when she was sick.
I know personally that Aunt Laura inspired me to not only become a better person, but a better Physician Assistant.
Uncle Rudy, Jamie, and Erick, I am so sorry for your loss. Life is so unfair to lose someone, especially when that person loved every minute of life.
Rest in Peace Aunt Laura…You will never be forgotten

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."
It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man."
God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.
When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.
I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.
If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.
So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.
And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.
