Larry, I miss you.
Until today I recall how surprised you were during our first telephone conversation in early 1985.
Unfortunately it took until January 2013, before we met in person for the first time, when we had a great talk during lunch in a Chinese restaurant in San Francisco, which will remain unforgettable for me.
I will be forever grateful that you introduced me to all of your wonderful family, which welcomed me openhearted.
I did treasure our weekly Zoom meeting over the last years so much. I won't forget them.
You were cheerful, generous, always helpful, incredible smart (you were the only one, who discovered that I faked the image of my replaced hip) and had a never-ending thirst for knowledge. You were truly inspiring to me, and my sons as well. And I always loved your Hawaiian shirts.
Larry, I miss you.
Sincerest condolences to your family.

I've had the pleasure of knowing Lauren during his last few years, he was a hard working man, brought joy to every room he walked into and everyone loved him. God bless your soul my friend!
