Lawrence Bonner Obituary

Lawrence H Bonner passed away on January 7, 2018 after a short illness. He passed away as a faithful witness of Jehovah. Three things he truly loved was his god Jehovah, his family and fishing with Dwayne Witherspoon and bowling with Amos Jackson, and The Ohio State Buckeyes football program. He retired from the Lorain Ford Motor company after 35 years of service.
He was preceded in death by his father Lawrence William Bonner and mother Susie McKinney Bonner and only sister Linda S Brown.
He is survived by his wife Linda (Susie) Wall Bonner of 44 years and 10 months. His son Lawrence (Larry) Bonner Jr. (L'Tanya), Daughter Stephanie A Bonner Morton (Nathaniel) and six beloved grandchildren, Derrick, Amari, Nevaeh, Ly'nia, Natalia, Nylah. He was loved and adored by his sister 's in law, brothers in law, nieces and nephews and many friends and family.
No one was a stranger for long in his presence. All those who knew him knew, he was a willing spirit and a helping hand. He will be missed and treasured forever.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 1 pm at Rosebud Hall, 4439 Oberlin Ave., Lorain, OH 44052. Willie Walker will be officiating.
