HE IS SURVIVED BY HIS SON, LELAND DUKE JR., AND WIFE GLENDA OF WHITE PLAINS, KY., DAUGHTER, CINDY DUKE WHITE, OF WATERLOO, AL; GRANDCHILDREN, CURTIS DUKE, TINA DUKE, TONI WHITE, MARIA WHITE AND CLINT DUKE; AND 9 GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN.
PALLBEARERS WILL BE CURTIS DUKE, CLINT DUKE, BRIAN CHANEY, JOHN HANCOCK, ALEX WHITE, AND LARRY JONES.
