BERNARD LENA A. (FEDELA) "PIDGE"
Age 92, peacefully at home on Saturday, July 9, 2016, of West Mifflin. Beloved wife of the late Robert R. Bernard; sister of Bette Veraci Grebowich and the late Millie Garofalo, Ernest Fedela and Frances Fedela; daughter of the late Michael and Elizabeth Fedela; beloved aunt of Tony Garofalo, Michael (Sandy) Garofalo, Angelo (Sharon) Garofalo and many other nieces, nephews and their families. Lena had a passion for gardening and flowers. She especially loved family and her casino trips. Friends will be received at the JOHN F. SLATER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood, 15227, Tuesday from 2-8 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Wednesday morning at 9:15. Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Angels Church at 10 a.m. If desired, family suggests contributions to Allegheny Health Network Hospice at Office of Fund Development, Allegheny Health Network, 4818 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15224.
