Leo Nelson Fowler, 68, of North Little Rock, passed away March 10, 2004. He was born August 5, 1935 in Centralia, Illinois.

Leo was a member of Park Hill Christian Church and was retired after 32 years with Union Pacific Railroad.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Shirley; one daughter, Lynn Marie Houser and husband Richard of Bigelow; one granddaughter, Leesa Gardner of Conway; sisters, JoAnn Gandy of Arlington, TX, Betty Sue Mayoral of Centralia, IL, Helen Marie Donaho of Kell, IL, Donna Jean Shaw of Salem, IL, Lenora Funkhouser of Madisonville, KY, Susan Montoya of Hawaii, and Elba Mae Schroeder of Centralia, IL; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

A gathering of friends and family will be held in his honor from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m., Sunday, March 14, 2004 at Griffin-Leggett-Rest Hills Funeral Home, 7724 Landers Road, North Little Rock, (501) 835-3515.

A celebration of his life will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 15, 2004 at the funeral home with Reverend Miles Cook officiating. Interment will follow at Rest Hills Memorial Park. To sign his on-line guest book, please visit www.griffinleggett.com.
