My deepest condolences on the loss of your beloved father, grandfather and great grandfather. Dr. Stolarski took care of my family for years and when I moved to Streamwood and became pregnant with my 5th child I went straight back to him, I trusted him so much. I even asked him to do hernia surgery on my youngest. He was the best!
God bless you all.

Our family (Duggan family) sends our condolences to the family of Dr. Stolarski. He was the physician at my birth in 1949 and also my sister, Susan, in 1953. He continued to be our doctor and my parent's (John and Arlene) for many years.

We were so sorry to hear about the passing of Dr. Stolarski. He was certainly a wonderful doctor and man. When he was the doctor for my daughter, Alicia, he was the only doctor I knew who would give everyone his home phone number for emergencies in the middle of the night. Our sympathy to his whole family, he will be missed.

We mourn the passing of a Doctor that was a gentle gaint and a wonderful man. He danced at our wedding, delivered our babies, and made a house call to our small apartment when our oldest was ill. They truly don't make Doctors like him any more. We were privileged to have him as our Physician.

There's a special place at God's table for "Dr. Leo", the man who so compassionately, tenderly and humorously cared for me, my parents, my siblings, my grandparents and countless others. Please be at ease and remember, it's just Heaven calling another Angel to come home.....
