Linda ANDERSON

Linda Louise Anderson, 75, formerly of Lebanon OR. passed away on September 1, 2023, in Sanford, FL. Linda was a loving mother, mother-in-law, daughter, sister, nana, great grandma, and friend to many. She had a heart of gold and was always willing to open her home and heart to those she knew. Linda had a special place in her heart for children and would spoil her kids and grandkids with small little gifts. She never missed an opportunity to reach out and wish her loved ones a good day, always ending her phone calls with "love you honey," regardless of how long she had known them. Linda had a huge heart and was known for her warm and comforting hugs, which will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Linda is survived by her mother, Joanne Steger, her daughter Denise Anderson-Valtierra (Joe), her son Eric Anderson (LeAnn), her daughter Kellee Anderson, Longtime family Friend James, nine grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Anderson, her father, Howard Steger, her sister, Carol Green, and her brother, Robert (Bobby) Steger.

A service to celebrate Linda's life will be held at the Willamette National Cemetery in Portland, Oregon, on November 20th, 2023, at 11:30 am.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in honor of Linda Anderson. Contributions can be made directly to the hospital.

Linda Louise Anderson touched the hearts of many with her unwavering love and kindness. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered as a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend.
