We are very sad to hear of Linda´s passing. One could not have asked for a more wonderful neighbor. May God watch over Bob and their family since this is such an unexpected loss of a beautiful person.

"You´re the best." "You´re my hero." "I miss you." Linda always found a way to make you feel good, to put a smile on your face, to make you laugh. She made a difference in so many lives. "You´re amazing."

Mrs. Beck,
You were definitely one of my favorite teachers. You made algebra fun and I now know how hard that was to do now that I have my teens going through it.
And I also have your cheerleader voice in my head whenever I´m spelling S U C C E S S that is how we spell success !
I´m sure you will be missed. Thank you for the memories.

I am so sorry to hear of Mrs. Beck´s passing.
I have distinct memories of her saying another one of her catchphrases, "what the Halibut?!"
Sending my condolences to her loved ones.

I am saddened beyond words. I have known Linda my whole life, and I am still in disbelief. Growing up, Linda was a constant fixture in our home as she was one of my sister´s best friends and over the years she had become one of mine as well. The reality that our beautiful, funny, thoughtful friend is gone is so unbelievable. Linda was truly one of a kind, a very special person with a heart as big as the universe and I will miss her and her deep affection for my chip and dip always. I will miss her beautiful spirit at our occasional dinners out, our trips to New Hampshire and Florida, our annual beach and Christmas get togethers and so much more. Heaven has gained a special angel albeit way too soon. Sending prayers and sympathy to her husband, Bob and her family that she loved so dearly. May her memory bring you comfort always.

Linda
We met when we were still single and you were a great friend of Janet's . Your famous sense of humor ever-present . My first real encounter was when you dressed up like Ruth Buzzi on a blind date that I had set up with a friend. We were so happy for you when you met Bob and started your life together. You always had a love of life and relationships. A great wife, mother, Nana, teacher and friend! What the heck it's Linda Beck! We will always Love you! Bud Tessier

Dear Linda,
What can I say about my oldest, dearest Friend leaving us?? We've been friends for 53 years, ever since I met you at RIC freshman orientation. You were my bridesmaid, lived two apartment doors down from Bud and I when we were first married. I was at your's and Bob's wedding. I knew Bobby and Missy before you got married. We were there for each other throughout our teaching careers. We watched our children grow, and marry. Yes, we delighted in exchanging stories about our grandchildren! I was even happy for you when you moved to Florida because you came to visit often but I never thought I'd have to say "goodbye" to you, especially not when you were so young and healthy!!! Well, I won't because I will keep you close forever, my Beautiful Friend.
Love,
Janet
