Linda Edgington Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jul. 29, 2025.
Estero - Linda Sue Edgington, age 78, of Estero, FL, passed away at home peacefully on July 23, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family.

Linda was born in Marion, Ohio, and was a 1965 graduate of Wynford HS in Bucyrus, Ohio. She got her nursing education from Middletown School of Nursing.

Linda was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend whose life was defined by compassion, creativity, and care. She shared 56 beautiful years of marriage with her loving husband, Roger, who remained her steady partner and best friend throughout her life.

Linda's heart was always focused on others-through her work as a nurse, her nurturing spirit as a mother and grandmother, and the many ways she shared her love at home. She had a deep passion for sewing, quilting, crafting, and cooking-each stitch and each dish prepared with the same quiet joy and thoughtfulness that made her home a warm and welcoming place for all. Her handmade quilts and family recipes will continue to bring comfort and memories for years to come.

Linda is survived by her husband Roger and her three daughters, Judi (Jon) Bradham, Jill (Scott) Buklad, and Jodi Miguel, her cherished grandchildren, Evelyn Buklad, Sonny Miguel, and Sofia Miguel, and one sister Jean Goode.

To say I've lost a dear friend is an understatement. We've shared laughs by the bushels, a few tears and adventures galore. Godspeed my friend. Until we meet again.
