I will always remember Claire as a classmate and friend. Especially fond are the memories we shared when she lived across the street from 2 of my bandmates in "The Squires",i.e.Steve and Richard Payne, and she would always come over and listen to us practice. She was a wonderful person and will be missed by all of us who were blessed to have known her.

I will remember you all my life. From the day we met in Mrs. Boyd's biology class at BRHS, we have been close. I will never again find such a kindred spirit.

I have many wonderful memories of Claire, who was my stepmother for many years. On the weekends when I would stay with Claire and my dad, she always made me feel very loved and took a special interest in teaching me about animals and sharing things with me about them that made me develop a love for animals also. My dad and Claire had many horses, dogs, and cats and as a child, there was no better feeling than being surrounded by so many animals and having the opportunity to love them as my own. It was quite cute how we would all watch tv in the living room with a room full of cats and dogs lounging with us:)
Claire made me feel very welcome in their home and I always felt as though she wanted to spend quality time with me while I was there. She and my dad taught me how to ride a horse and even bought me my first pony named Stormy:) Whether we were going to a horse show, at home, or spending time outside with the animals, she spent time with me like a friend would.......I have nice memories of that.
May Claire rest in peace.....her journey on this earth may have come to an end but her next journey will be filled with an endless lifetime with her animals. She can ride her horses with the wind blowing in her hair and the sun shining on her face.......with all of her dogs and cats running along for the joyous ride:)...just like she loved.

The creatures of this world lost a dear friend. Claire was an adamant animal lover and I know at this time she is happily surrounded by her horses and other animals in true serenity that only an animal lover would understand. Rest in total peace Claire. We love you.
