One of my favorite teachers, although, I did deal her a fair bit of misery!! I loved her class, wish I had been a little better student back then because I still remember her telling us "The secret to Chem-is -TRY!!" (Obviously she was my Chemistry teacher.) I also used to sneak out of other classes to go "look in" on my friends that were in class with her...she would catch a glimpse of me and rush to the door and yell out "BALL!!! GET TO CLASS!!!" All the while I was running/jumping stairs, laughing the entire way. She was so fun, & special. My prayers to her mother, spouse, children and grandchildren.

Scouting in the Southwest Georgia Council. Many great times at Camp Osborn working with Cub Day Camps and Boy Scout Summer Camps!

One of my favorite memories with Lisa was at summer camp when the women on staff hijacked the golf carts one night and we raced each other around the camp late at night. We laughed so hard we were crying!

Lisa was passionate about scouting, and how the program instilled character and leadership in our boys. I am proud to have called her my friend.

I had the privilege and pleasure of teaching with Lisa at WVMS in Knoxville, Tennessee. I always admired her energy, dedication, and friendliness. I really enjoyed keeping up with her on Facebook and was so sad to hear of her passing. I´d like to extend my sincere condolences to her family. I know your faith and Lisa´s must be a comfort to you at this very difficult time.
