Lisa is a special person who always makes you laugh and always enjoyed life. I thank god he gave me the experience of being her friend. My thoughts and prayers are with her children and her family.

To The Family Of Lisa Lynn,
She can now rest, we know that the last few years were extremely hard on her, as she was not one to take things slowly. We had the great fortune of speaking to her not long before the Lord took her and for this we are eternally grateful. Our thoughts and our prayers are with you all and we pray for the repose of her soul. God Bless and keep you all.

Dear Violet and Lori..my heart goes out to your entire family. I have been blessed to know you three lovely ladies as a fellow Hennepin County Employee. I am very sorry that I did not know about the service in time to be there. I truly enjoyed Lisa, really only having the opportunity to visit with her in the smoking zones outside of the Government Center...however we enjoyed some great conversations on our breaks. My love to you, Violet and Lori and to all the family I share your pain. Please...contact me at my e-mail address if you would. I would love to touch base with you again...Hugs to you both..Carolyn

To Joe and Violet..Many of my years with Hennepin County I had the pleasure of working with Violet and the last two years with Joe. I have watched a wonderful young man go through some of the hardest things a person can endure and still try so hard to keep his personal issues separate from the workplace...Joe you are an amazing person, I remember how pleased you were not so long ago to treat your mom with a "special date". The man you are becoming is a compliment to your mother, I applaud her, she gave us you. Violet your daughter Lisa is gone and she left you a precious gift with her two sons, your being there for them before and after is a blessing for them as well as yourself. Please take comfort in knowing that I care and feel your sorrow.

How can I even begin to tell you of my sadness at the loss of my cousin and my friend Lisa? I remember the time she lived with us in Coon Rapids, and of course the summer of '83, when I also got the chance to really get to know my brother Willie (God rest his soul). Where there was one the other was not far away. Those were wild times, the best times I've ever had.
Lisa was the only cousin I ever made any kind of effort to visit whenever I could get up to the Cities. She was worth the effort.
I know we will all see her again soon enough, but until then I will miss her fiercely and treasure her memory in my heart of hearts.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Violet, Irvin, Joe, and Mike.
We are sad for your loss.
Love, Tom and Susie Siirila

May I send you my deepest sympathy and say that my every thought has been with you since I heard of Lisa’s passing late last night. My love for your Daughter, your Mother, my beautiful Cousin, my closest childhood Friend, will last as long as long as my memory of her. Although, we lost touch with one another in our adult years, all my childhood memories are filled with Lisa. I will always remember the young girl with her lovely bright smile and beautiful long hair blowing in the breeze. I will remember my friend and confidante to whom I shared all life’s secrets. I will always remember Lisa for her beautiful heart, her strength and her kindness and I know no one who knew her will ever forget her. We all realize our loss is small compared to your own and I want you to know how terrible we feel that you have lost such a lovely, wonderful daughter at such an early age. Our prayers and our love are with you.
